Invisible Grills & Safety Nets in HSR Layout
HSR Layout has a high share of young families and shared professional flats, and the two ask for very different things. Families want a permanent child-safe barrier on the balcony; sharing tenants want something effective that does not damage the owner's finish.
We quote both differently, and we will tell you honestly when a safety net is the more sensible spend for a short tenancy.

HSR Layout — questions we get asked
- An invisible grill gives a rigid barrier a child cannot push through, so it is the stronger choice where the balcony is used daily. A net is a good option for rented homes or where a rigid fix is not permitted.
