Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of this website and to installation services provided by Mahadev Invisible Grills in Bangalore (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and Hyderabad (Telangana).

Quotations

• Prices are confirmed only after a site inspection and measurement.
• Any figure given over the phone or WhatsApp before a site visit is indicative.
• A quotation remains valid for the period stated on it.

Site access and preparation

The customer is responsible for arranging building or association permission and access for our team, including lift and gate clearance where required. Delays caused by access restrictions may require the visit to be rescheduled.

Installation

• Work is carried out to the specification set out in the accepted quotation.
• Any change requested during installation may alter the price and timeline.
• Fixing points are placed where the structure can carry the load safely.

Payment

Payment terms, including any advance, accepted payment method and payment milestones, are stated in the quotation accepted by the customer before work begins.

Limitations

Installed systems reduce risk; they are not a substitute for adult supervision of children or pets. Damage caused by misuse, third-party alteration, structural failure of the building or extreme weather is not covered.
