Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds are handled for installation work arranged with Mahadev Invisible Grills.

Site inspections

Site inspections and measurement visits are free and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time by calling or messaging us. There is no charge for a cancelled visit.

Cancelling a confirmed order

• Before material is cut or prepared for your measurements, an accepted order can be cancelled and any advance is refundable, less any cost already incurred.
• Once material has been cut to your specific measurements, that material cannot be reused and the associated cost is not refundable.
• Cancellation requests should be made by phone or WhatsApp on 9008326008.

Rescheduling installation

Installation dates can be moved at no cost with reasonable notice. Repeated same-day cancellations where the team has already travelled to site may attract a visit charge, which will be communicated before it is applied.

Workmanship issues

If an installation does not match the accepted quotation, tell us and we will inspect and correct it. Rectification is our first remedy; refunds are considered where a defect cannot reasonably be corrected.

Refund processing
